My client is a global SAP consultancy, who has delived innovative, leading edge SAP solutions, for over 20 years. The UK practice, is one of the most successful, and is looking to add to its existing team of SAP professionals. The business consulting practice is seeking to double in size, during 2010. The practice gives clients support and advice to ensure that the SAP technology in use in their business meets their organisational needs and objectives and assurance that SAP will help them achieve their aims. The successful candidate will be both managing and participating in work for clients such as IT strategy, governance, change management, business process and programme management. The role will require working closely with client staff and others to make sure, the aims and objectives of the business or key stakeholders, are delivered.

PERSONAL PROFILE:

Worked within a significant SAP transformation, change or improvement programmes
SAP Business Consultants (Change, Transformation, Governance) experience
Experience of working in a major blue chip organisation or consultancy company; demonstrated career progression.
Good presentation skills and experience of delivering to Senior Management or even CXO level.
Strong general consulting skills and the ability to overcome internal barriers through drive, determination, influencing skills.
Ability to empathise with clients in politically challenging environments and to work to demanding timeframes/deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills with high levels of enthusiasm and a good team player.
A good first degree or equivalent.
ITIL experience/certification.

Demonstrable IT Programme and Project management experience – including managing and being responsible for the delivery work-streams

My client will provide you with intense professional development and as much stretch as you need to put your skills into action, learn and progress.

You must be fully flexible in terms of assignment location, as these roles may involve periods of time away from home at short notice. My client offers an excellent remuneration package to include base salary, bonus, car or allowance and flexible benefits dependent on your competency, skills and level of expertise.
